To play the game you need a memory expansion (16kB or 24kB) and a disk drive. In the game you must find your way through a large labyrinth and battle with the evil time lords. The game has 10 levels, 10 races, 12 classes, 60 magic spells and 135 weapons. Theater of War Trilogy - VIC20 | Psytronik and System IIII present the Theater of War Trilogy for the unexpanded Commodore VIC-20. This game lets you recreate battles from the First or Second World War. This commercial release includes 12 games and programs: Theater of War I, Theater of War II, Theater of War III, Break-Fast II, Face VS Heel, magiTOOL, Olympic Dash, Space Warz, Street Battle, VICroLeague Wrestling I, VICroLeague Wrestling II and Worm-Out. View3K - VIC-20 | Michael wrote a viewer program, which allows to view pictures in MINIGRAFIK format on an unexpanded Commodore VIC-20. The normal viewer needs an extra 8 kByte RAM and if you want to use MINIPAINT you need an extra 16 kByte RAM. Printed VIC-20 cartridge case | Srepmub has made an printable version of a cartridge case for the Commodore VIC-20. You can print this case with your own 3D printer. After the printing you must glue the parts together, polish it and put a sticker on it. VIC-MIDI | Jim Brain and Leif Bloomquist are working on a MIDI system for the Commodore VIC20. The system uses a UART (16450) and a FLASH ROM. At the moment a prototype is working and Leif and Jim are working on the last hardware issues. The game is a wrestling game that uses 64x64 pixel images to animate the action. Spidey vs Doc Ock - VIC20 | Spidey vs Doc Ock is a new game for the Commodore VIC20, made by Darkatx. The game can be played with an unexpanded VIC20 and a disk drive. Cento - VIC20 | Piero Orsoni made a new game for the Commodore VIC20. The game is a puzzle game made in BASIC and can be played on a unexpanded VIC20. In the game you must fill as many squares of the 10x10 squares as is possible. You can move horizontally and vertically by 3 squares or diagonally by 2. magiTOOL - VIC20 | Ghislain released magiTOOL for the Commodore VIC-20. The utilities inside magiTOOL are: magiPROG: Machine language assembler, magiCHAR: 8x8 Character editor, magiDRAW: 64x96 Multicolor image editor and magiSONG: Play and record music with a piano keyboard. Street Battle - VIC-20 | Ghislain released a game for the Commodore VIC-20. Ghislain started on the game in the year 1993, and now he finished the game. The game can be played on a unexpanded VIC-20 with a disk drive. You can use the function keys to perform a jump, punch, kick and dodge against various enemies. Olympic Dash - VIC 20 | Ghislain released a new game for the Commodore VIC-20. He started on an Olympic game project in 1996, but it never got finished. Now Ghislain released the 100 meter dash. VFLI - VIC-20 | Mike (Herr VC) made another improvement to the routines for the VFLI graphics mode for the Commodore VIC-20. The colour RAM is now updated just as the VIC has reads out a certain location. All lines are now exactly 71 cycles long. All display data, colour RAM and a complete VFLI image file will now fit into the RAM below 32768. A new feature is that the whole picture can be panned horizontally over the screen. If you want to use this VFLI graphics mode you will need a PAL VIC-20 with an 32 kByte RAM expansion. V20 - Java DOSBox | Lance Ewing made a web page with an Commodore VIC-20 emulation. The emulator is not new (V20 1.3), but is now working inside a jdosbox PC emulator. ESC gives you the menu for loading cartridges, tapes and snapshots. The joystick is emulated with the numeric keypad (0/Ins key is the fire button). Comet64 - VIC-20 | Ghislain converted the Comet64 software to the Commodore VIC-20. You can use the software on a VIC-20 with an Comet64 modem and a 16 kByte RAM expansion. With the Comet64 you can connect your VIC-20 to the internet and gain access to various telnet BBS services.
